Summary
Virtual health coaching was found to have significant and positive impact on physical activities, dietary behaviours, health responsibility and stress management. About the Wellness Essentials Program

The Wellness Essentials Program is a personalized, results-driven coaching experience designed to support individuals in achieving sustainable health and wellbeing. It begins with a comprehensive assessment to uncover unique needs, goals and lifestyle patterns, followed by the creation of a tailored wellness plan that aligns with the Four Pillars of Health: Restorative Sleep, Healthy Nutrition, Physical Activity and Stress Management.

Over the course of six scheduled sessions, you will receive expert guidance and practical strategies to build lasting habits as you collaborate with your Coach – your input is essential in your wellness plan! The program concludes with a final wrap-up session to reflect on progress, celebrate wins and outline next steps for your continued success.

Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey, looking to optimize your current habits, or need a wellness reset, this program is a great way to ensure you’re covering all aspects of health for long-term vitality.

We start with a complimentary consultation – a Discovery Meeting – to discuss your health goals and needs. During our conversation, you share what you are struggling with and what you hope to achieve. As your Coach, I will explain the potential solutions, how the process works and what you can expect for timing and potential outcomes. We cover how we would work together and what the associated fees are. There is no obligation to make a decision during this meeting! You can take all the time you need to decide if working with My Wellness Coach is the right next step for you.

Yes! All of the programs are customized to meet your unique health needs and lifestyle. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health, so we take the time to discuss and understand your individual goals and craft a plan that’s tailored specifically to you. The Metabolic Balance® program goes one step further and uniquely creates your personalized meal plan using your health history and your own bloodwork results (lab requisition and associated costs are included).

Short answer is, it depends. Some insurance providers will cover a wellness program when it’s related to certain conditions, and many offer a Health Spending Account (HSA). An HSA can be applied to health-related expenses that are not fully covered by provincial healthcare or insurance plans. Ask your employer or insurance provider about it – you may be eligible for reimbursement.

Payment is online by one of 2 methods. 1. You can receive an invoice by email that you can pay using your preferred credit card using Square. This option allows us to work out a custom payment plan if needed. 2. You can  pay online using the ‘Buy Now’ button via Square for any program. Your initial Discovery Call is always complimentary and will be done in either case – please use the Booking Calendar to select the best day and time to get started!

Getting started is simple! Just pop over to the Booking Calendar and pick your preferred day, time and meeting type (phone or virtual). When we meet, we’ll discuss your selected program to start your health journey and I’ll guide you through the next steps.
