How It Works
With Metabolic Balance® you are partnered throughout the 12-Week program with your Coach.
You will receive ongoing support to help you stay on track through regular meetings, check-ins, recipes and meal inspiration, adjustments to your plan as needed and encouragement.
Preparation
Phase 1 is a two-day cleanse. This is a very gentle cleanse using magnesium citrate in the morning to draw water to the colon which will prompt bowel movements throughout the day.
You’re going to have a protein for breakfast – like an omelet – and then enjoy lighter meals like some homemade vegetable soup or vegetables or salad for lunch and dinner.
The preparation cleanse sets the tone for the conversion phase and is very gentle and easy to manage. It is important to drink lots of water, and you get to go to bed early so your body can rest and reset.
Strict Conversion
Phase 2 is where you follow your plan exactly as it’s laid out for you. Your food plan is based on your bloodwork lab values and your health history. This is why it’s so effective because it’s specific to you. In these 14 days you follow your unique plan, eating only the foods that are prescribed for you. Your nutrition plan will contain a unique selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Your body requires this time to detoxify and reset your metabolism back into balance. If needed, you can continue this phase past 14 days and stay on it until you reach your goal.
Relaxed Conversion
Phase 3 is a much more relaxed version of Phase 2. This is when you will bring in cooking oils, condiments, more food choices weekly and even “off plan” meals which means eating whatever you like. This is a time for experimentation to see how your body reacts to the foods that may have previously caused you unwanted symptoms like bloating, heartburn, fatigue or headache.
And then, you will experience the magic of transformation! You will develop a strong foundation of nutritional habits with the freedom and flexibility to make your own food choices. This is the time when you will adopt a lifestyle where you feel amazing and know that your nutrition plan is sustainable. Everything will feel aligned, and you’ll be at a healthy sustainable body composition for you.

Maintenance
Phase four is the maintenance phase. This is where we want to ensure that you are well-equipped with your personal metabolic toolbox that you can access to effectively sustain and maintain your new lifestyle and nutrition habits. You will have the confidence, skills and knowledge to apply if things ever should shift or you’re a little bit off balance. You will know what to do to get back on track and continue to mindfully choose the right foods for you.
